Terms of Use
Payment schedule 支払計画
A reservation deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required within one week of receiving notification to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% of the rental fee to be paid one month before the show.予約を確定するための通知を受け取ってから1週間以内に、利用料金の50%の予約金が必要です。残りの50%の利用料金は、貸出の1か月前までに支払う必要があります。
Damage Deposit 損害保証金
A damage deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required one month before the show. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the dismantling of the show, contingent upon the premises being restored to their original condition as of the commencement date.利用の1か月前までに、利用料金の50%の損害保証金が必要です。この保証金は、展示の撤去後7日以内に返金されますが、会場が開始日と同じ状態に復元されていることが条件となります。
If substituted items or repairs are necessary, a corresponding handling charge, plus a management fee of 20,000 yen, may be deducted from the damage deposit.代替品や修理が必要な場合、対応する手数料に加え、管理費として20,000円が損害保証金から差し引かれる場合があります。
Sales Revenue Distribution 収益配分
The landlord is entitled to receive 30% of the proceeds from any sales made within the premises during the rental period.貸主は、利用期間中に施設内で行われた販売の収益の30%を受け取る権利があります。
Additional services 追加サービス
If on-site supervision staff is necessary, they will be available at an hourly rate of 2,000 yen. Prior consultation with the landlord is required to ensure their availability. The landlord and their staff will only provide services related to crowd control, souvenir sales, and reception at the main building entrance.現場での監視スタッフが必要な場合、時給2,000円で利用可能です。スタッフの可用性を確認するために、事前に貸主との相談が必要です。貸主とそのスタッフは、混雑管理、記念品販売、およびメインビル入口での受付に関するサービスのみを提供します。
A cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will apply if food and drinks are consumed. If cooking is involved, a cleaning fee of 20,000 yen will apply.飲食を伴う場合は、清掃料金として10,000円が必要です。料理を伴う場合は、清掃料金として20,000円が必要です。
Cancellation Policy 取消規定
No refund will be issued unless the cancellation is initiated by the Landlord due to unforeseen circumstances.予期しない事情により貸主がキャンセルを行った場合を除き、返金は行われません。
Responsibilities 利用者の責任
The Tenant shall not injure, deface, change, or alter the Premises or any items contained within the Premises and shall not cause or permit anything to be done that may result in damage. The use of nails, hooks, tacks, strong adhesive tapes, or screws on any of the Premises walls and structures is strictly prohibited.借主は、施設やその内部にあるいかなる物品も傷つけたり、汚したり、変更したり、改変したりしてはならず、損害を引き起こすような行為を許可してはなりません。施設の壁や構造物に対して、釘、フック、タック、強力な粘着テープ、またはネジを使用することは禁止されています。
The Tenant is responsible for supervising their guests, regardless of whether they were invited, and ensuring that they do not engage in any activities that may cause damage to the Premises or any items contained therein.借主は、招待されたかどうかにかかわらず、自身のゲストを監督し、彼らが施設やその内部の物品に損害を与えるような行為をしないようにする責任があります。
Tenants are required to remove all trash and materials from the premises. Failure to do so will result in an estimated charge for trash disposal, plus a handling fee of 10,000 yen.借主は、すべてのゴミや物品を現場から持ち帰る必要があります。
持ち帰らない場合は、ゴミ処理の見積もり料金に加え、手数料として10,000円が請求されます。
Disclaimer 免責事項
The landlord expressly disclaim any responsibility for theft, damage, loss by fire, or any other unforeseen accidents that may occur on the premises. Tenants are advised to obtain their own insurance to protect against any potential loss or damage.貸主は、施設内で発生する盗難、損傷、火災による損失、またはその他の予期しない事故に対する責任を明示的に否認します。テナントは、潜在的な損失や損害から保護するために、自身の保険を取得することを推奨されます。

All terms and conditions are based on the contract. The landlord reserve the right to amend the terms as necessary.すべての利用規約は契約書を基準とします。貸主は、必要に応じて規約を随時改訂する権利を有します。
